It’s All About Fun!!

When you arrive at Sudden Impact you will first of all get changed into German chemical warfare suits/camos (we don't use standard paintball camos as they give you no protection at all). Then it's time for the full safety talk which takes about 20 minutes, plus we also give you full safety briefing o using the equipment for the event you are taking part in.

All the games are played each way so if you are attacking first you will be defending next time. All games last a maximum of 10 minutes - if you are out quickly you'll soon be playing again.

SPLATDOWN - pantball mini tournament (4 games). Available for players 12 to 16 years. Ideal for parties, schools, clubs, etc, minimum of 10 players.

RTA   Road Traffic Accident
A vehicle situated in a horseshoe gully, R2D2 in the vehicle, one team placed around the ridge to prevent the other team from rescuing R2D2, plenty of barriers, empty 45 gallon drums, they make one heck of a noise when a paintball hits them, this is a tough one reasonable protection on the way down but a bit of
exposed area adjacent to the vehicle ,can it be done ?

Wall of Death   Attack / Defend game which is reversed, one team behind the wall the other moving toward the wall to collect the Flag  - Have you got the Bottle for it?
Team Elimination  Simple—eliminate the other team or head count at the end to decide the winner.
Protect the President  Using Anti Riot Shields only escort the president from one location to the allocated rendezvous point (guys the shields link together to make a solid barrier) trouble is if someone bottles out “your screwed.”
Stag Kill  Yes its got to be done, we place the Stag, Best Man well you do need to support him, a relative if you brought one (so bring your Mother In Law) up in the tower (this is purely voluntary) if you wimp out you will have to live with some serious stick, anyway the rest of the guys then attack you . That’s it, I can assure you, your mates will really enjoy this one

Sniper Kill

“Sod it” they have told us that one of the Marshal’s is going out to find a spot he is the SNIPER we have to go and hunt him down ( this Dude has done this before ) he knows the best spots the weapons and all the tactical stuff, can’t see “Diddly Squat” we give him 2 minutes to get into situ  3—2—1– Game On I know the area from earlier on where could he be, where would be the best spot, OUCH !  He got me run—run –got to get a hiding place, where is he “OUCH he has taken another life run—run get under cover until I can figure out what direction its coming from Can’t see him Can’t hear him I am staying put at least I am not loosing lives, the other guys are creeping around I can hear lives being taken “OUCH” “OUCH”  this guys good my guys are getting under cover but obviously are not totally  secure as I can still hear lives being taken “MAN DOWN”  One of us gone, I think I can see some movement, it may be him, getting into position now, Some fool is sweeping a searchlight on the playing zone, come on give us a break, its hard enough Rapid Fire  YES I have lit him up keeping my finger on the trigger YES taken 3 lives, someone else has spotted him YES “MAN DOWN” “MAN DOWN”  as he walks towards us we feel jubilant, not that good EH!  But as he gets nearer someone is shooting at us I loose a life Its not the sniper OOPS a bit of friendly fire its one of our guys, “MAN DOWN” “MAN DOWN”  another gone and yet another lets go we

Have to locate this Dude, we did but he kept moving as soon as we Lit Him Up or took a life, Dude moved Yes we were up against it, at the end of the day we lost all our players except 2 who managed to bring the DUDE Down, but what a laugh the Rambo’s in our team were pretty rubbish usually out first, it’s the quite ones you got to watch, the ones who sit and are not all full of “IT”, they just pick you off.

 Let’s go and start playing 3—2—1 Game On, Run—run—run picks a good
barrier and get your head down, where are they hiding, where are our guys, I can see two of them, see if we can spot the enemy —— OUCH I have been hit move — move—– where are they who is shooting at me—can’t see anyone—find a new barrier someone has a shot at me — Covering Fire — Covering Fire move to a—new barrier — better here! the light is slowly fading—only 4 lives left — the flag is in sight— commando crawl —make my way towards the objective the flag—spotted the enemy  rapid fire YES took a life he is looking around but cannot spot me Rapid firing   — took another life!  — now he is running trying to find cover  — TOUGH  we don’t take Prisoners  - Rapid Fire—Yes yet another life now he has only 2 left. Sorted he will have to keep his head down now—his health is not too good. Move forward—check have I got any support—cannot see anyone!  Got to get the Flag!  Stealth! crawling forward—getting darker now—going to keep still for a minute—check out my position and try to locate the enemy . Looks good cannot detect any movement— crawl forward within a reasonable distance then make a run for it
quietly and slowly does it OK now run for it 15 yards to go someone is firing at me “Lost a Life” keep
going *^x !  Lost another Life  10 yards to go—this is not good another life gone — Got the Flag  - leg it back—got to get it back to our Base — give me “Covering Fire” ”Covering Fire” where is the rest of my team guys what happened to TACTICS  “$*^!  Lost another life– only got 1 life left and 40 / 50 yards left
OUCH  — “MAN DOWN”  “MAN DOWN”     Disappointed drop the flag hopefully one of my team will grab it and complete the journey to win the game.  Oh no! one of the other team has got it trying to return it to their Base. I make my way back to the “Dead Zone” spot 2 of my team sitting there “ALL LIT UP”  and only 1 of the enemy team. The outcome Who Knows, is it the fastest , the Smartest or the team who have sorted out tactics and communicate and stick together, I would imagine the latter.
