Site
Marshals
All our site marshals are fully trained, have knowledge
of the games played, our operations and are all hard working. When paintball is
being played they are in charge, their word is law - one marshal will be designated
in overall charge. All marshals have the right to evict any player off-site for
stupid and dangerours play, bad attitutes etc.
YOU
PLAY BY OUR RULES TO ENSURE YOUR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY! To
apply for any marshaling vacancies you must meet the following conditions:
You
must be over the age of 18.
Must be prepared for hard work.
Must arrive
on time, all staff start at 8:00am on weekend events - some days we will finish
mid-afternoon, some days we finish at 10:00pm!
Must arrive clean and respectable,
obviously in casual clothes - expect to get dirty.
Walking boots or similar
must also be worn.
Black and white's will be provided on the day (marshal tops).
Waterproof
trousers and gortex jackets are also available should it rain.
A loud voice
is a must! Please
note: no experience is required, in fact we would prefer that you had no marshaling
knowledge as we do things quite differently to other paintball sites - everybody
mucks in. Apart from marshalling games you will also be expected to do what is
necessary, this includes getting the equipment setup, helping and greeting customers,
cleaning the toilets, putting washing into the industrial machines at the end
of the day, and generally helping out. If you just want to marshal please do not
apply. On
your first days marshalling you will be flagged by an experienced marshal, you
will be assessed on that day if you are suitable, and you do not get paid on your
first days marshalling. We
will require marshals for our varying range of activities in the near future,
